Gourmet Holidays at Our Michelin Star Hotel in Austria, with Plenty of Homemade Food

Vitus Winkler reinterprets Alpine cuisine while preserving the recipes and techniques of his homeland. From sourdough bread and hay-milk cream cheese to Swiss stone pine schnapps, much of what is served is made, pickled, preserved or fermented in-house. You can taste this craftsmanship from breakfast onwards. The hotel shop also offers selected homemade products to take home, including Vitus's fruit spreads, spices, granola and spiced nuts.
