Wild Herb Rambles with Vitus Winkler – Summer Holiday in Austria

Wild herbs are full of vitality and healing powers, offer untold taste experiences and enchanting beauty. Vitus Winkler has been inspired by the wild herbs of his homeland to create a new, nature-infused gourmet cuisine.
