Arrival: Your room is ready for occupancy from 2:00 p.m.
Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
Prices per person per night in EURO including Sonnhof luxury board package, part of your Austria holiday package.
Wellness area: Use on the day of departure: € 45,- per person
Tourist tax €1.70 per person per day (subject to change).
Children in parents’ room (with two full-paying adults): 0-2 YEARS – 80 percent • 3-5 YEARS – 60 percent • 6-9 YEARS – 50 percent • 10-14 YEARS – 40 percent. We spoil our little guests with a three-course children’s menu.
Pets from €29 per day without food.
Deposit per room and adult: 30 percent of the total price by bank transfer to our account: Raika, St. Veit branch, sort code: 35055, IBAN: AT49 3505 5000 0015 5325, BIC: RVSAAT2S055 (SWIFT).
Payment methods: cash in euros, with debit cards from Austria, Germany and the Benelux countries, Visa and Mastercard

Cancellation conditions
- Up to three months before arrival – free cancellation possible!
- Up to one month before arrival – 40 percent cancellation fee
- Up to one week before arrival – 70 percent cancellation fee
- In the week of arrival – 90 percent cancellation fee
- On the day of arrival or early departure – 100 percent cancellation fee
The cancellation costs are calculated based on the total price.
