Important to know

Arrival: Your room is ready for occupancy from 2:00 p.m.
Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
Prices per person per night in EURO including Sonnhof luxury board package.
Wellness area: Use on the day of departure: € 45,- per person
Tourist tax €1.70 per person per day (subject to change).
Children in parents’ room (with two full-paying adults): 0-2 YEARS – 80 percent • 3-5 YEARS – 60 percent • 6-9 YEARS – 50 percent • 10-14 YEARS – 40 percent. We spoil our little guests with a three-course children’s menu.
Pets from €29 per day without food.

Payment methods: cash in euros, with debit cards from Austria, Germany and the Benelux countries, Visa and Mastercard

Up to three months before arrival – free cancellation possible!
Up to one month before arrival – 40 percent cancellation fee
Up to one week before arrival – 70 percent cancellation fee
In the week of arrival – 90 percent cancellation fee
On the day of arrival or early departure – 100 percent cancellation fee

The cancellation costs are calculated based on the total price.
