Indulge in 3 or 5 courses. Our gourmet half-board pampering includes seasonal, regional creations. A vegetarian option is, of course, included, and vegan or gluten-free menus are available upon request.
As in the award-winning gourmet restaurant "Kräuterreich," culinary quality is our top priority here as well: regional & seasonal – always with a creative touch.
Upon request, we recommend suitable wines – personally selected by star chef and sommelier Vitus Winkler. Alternatively, enjoy fine juice pairings for a non-alcoholic tasting experience.

For evenings to remember: the Sonnhof hotel bar in Pongau

An aperitif in our hotel bar with lounge is the first stage of your ascent to the culinary summit. And maybe a digestif to round off the experience. Chatting, laughing, relaxing, dancing – with great drinks from all over the world and fine spirits from the region. In summer, our panoramic south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Pongau with a sunset cocktail from our hotel bar. In winter we will gladly warm you up with a grog, mulled wine or punch after a wonderful winter’s day.

When you visit the bar, be sure to ask for Vitus Winkler’s own creations. We are particularly proud of our “Threemut” highland Alpine premium vermouth , which Vitus created in a team together with a renowned distiller and a top winemaker. At the same time, our home-made pine schnapps is also in great demand. We will gladly serve you our homemade spiced nuts as an accompaniment.
